Undertook a financial review of the hospital.
Key outputs included ;
developing a Costing model showing the financial performance of services, developing a model to profile the volume and mix of surgeries to optimise theatre and bed utilisation at Porirua hospital, and developing a budgeting model to project the staffing and financial requirements of services.
